How To Use
1.Take your forehead temperature
Press the Mode/ Memory button to choose "Adult" Mode or "Baby" Mode. Then point the temperature probe at the center of the forehead,with a distance of 0-3 cm (0-1.18 inches).The beep is heard, you can now read the measuring result.
2.Take your ear temperature
Press the Measure/Mute-unmute button to power on. Press the Mode/ Memory button to choose"Ear'' Mode.Take off the probe cover, fit the probe snuggly into the ear canal. Press and release the Measure/power button in 1 second, the beep is heard, you can now read the value.
3.Take room/object temperature
Press the Measure/Mute-unmute button to power on.
Press the Mode/Memory button to choose The "HOUSE" Sign;Keep the thermometer about 0-3 cm (0-1.18 inches) away from the object.
Press and release the Measure/Mute-unmute button in 1 second, the beep is heard, you can now read the value.
Friendly remind
Once the reading has been completed, remove the thermometer away from the forehead/ear and observe temperature.
If you don't use for a long time , pls unload the batteries .
Please notice:You should wait at least 10 seconds between each measurement.
How to avoid the inaccuracy:
Please make sure that there is no dirt on the temperature sensor.
Please make sure that there is no water or any shade on the forehead.
Please clean the ear canal first when you measuring the ear temperature.
Keep the probe cover touch your forehead on above the brow center.
Please wait at least 10 second between each measurement.
Always take the temperature in the same location.
Due to the fact that an ear temperature is 0.5°F (0.3°C) to 1°F (0.6°C) higher than an oral temperature while a forehead scanner is usually 0.5°F (0.3°C) to 1°F (0.6°C) lower than an oral temperature, forehead readings always be different from ear readings.
